Shipping & Delivery

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50, within 25 miles from any of our locations. For orders under $50, there is a $10 delivery fee.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-3:00PM EST. Email notifications will be sent to inform customers of the delivery date, ETA, and delivery confirmation. 

If the delivery is cancelled, an email will be sent to notify the customer. 


IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our 3 local stores in the tri-county area. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the next hour. An email will be sent when the order is ready for pick up, along with pick up instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours vary by location. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Medley – Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM EST. and Saturday 7:30AM-12:00PM EST.

Cutler Bay – Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 4:30PM EST.

Lake Worth – Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 4:30PM EST.


SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days for items in stock (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping! Please Contact our Export Department at 305-885-1717 and we will be happy to assist you.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
